WVW Grant Awards

The Wyoming Valley West School District was recently awarded a $25,000 grant award from the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency.   The project will create a “Single Point of Entry” at the Wyoming Valley West High School which will create a safer learning environment for the students, faculty and staff at the Wyoming Valley West High School.   (November 2018)

 

The Wyoming Valley West School District was notified on Thursday, January 17, 2019, that the district was successful in securing a $35,000 grant for the Wyoming Valley West Middle School.  The Targeted K12 Computer Science and STEM grant represents the next phase of Governor Wolf’s PAsmart initiative – an innovative approach to expanding access to high-quality computer science and STEM education across the commonwealth.  (January 2019)
