Mrs. Yarnell's compiled some of the student art received from one of the lessons presented to herstudents during our distance learning since March.  Students had to use found objects to make either the first letter in their first name (kindergarten) or their first name (first and second grade.)  If their name was long, they had  the option to make the word Art.  Mrs. Yarnell created a student collection on padlet to share some of the submissions. Now, the students can use it as a "gallery."

This is just one awesome example of a teacher being creative and working with parents through the technology to engage and educate our children during this unprecendeneted time.
