State Street Elementary Center will be hosting a parade to honor your child’s completion of Kindergarten on Tuesday, June 8, 2021.

The classes of Mr. Brown, Mrs. Elgonitis, Miss Gorman, Mrs. Linsinbigler and Mrs. Parry will parade at 10AM. The classes of Miss Cerulli, Miss Griffin, Mrs. Mackiewicz, Mrs. Thomas and Mrs. Wine will parade at 1PM.

You may park in any of the available spaces at the back of the building.

The parade route is as follows:

• Students exit the building using the 3-5 drop off/ pick up door.
• Students walk on the sidewalk around the back of the building.
• Students will pause along the back of the building with their class for pictures and singing.
• Students walk to the front of the building entering the building at the Main Entrance under the yellow awning.

Parents and guardians are not permitted on the grassy areas. Parents and guardians cannot approach the students and need to remain in the area of the parking lot so students may walk following the path of the sidewalk. Parents and guardians are expected to adhere to social distancing guidelines. Gifts are not permitted to be handed off to the children.

In instance of inclement weather, the parade will be moved to Wednesday, June 9, 2021.
