Luzerne County Head Start is currently accepting applications for all program options. Head Start and PA Pre-K Counts are preschool program options. Early Head Start delivers home based services for children birth to 3 and pregnant mothers  Please call 570 829-6231 or visit https://lcheadstart.org/  for more information.  All services are available at no cost to eligible families.
